Terms of Service

Welcome to FoliHub. By creating an account or using folihub.com(the “Service”), you agree to these terms. Please read them — they’re short on purpose.

1. Who can use FoliHub

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
• One person, one account. Don’t register accounts on behalf of bots.

2. Your content

Anything you publish on your linkfolio — links, descriptions, images, donate info — is yours. You keep all ownership and copyright. You grant FoliHub a non-exclusive license to host, cache, and display this content as needed to run the Service.

You promise that:

• You own the content or have permission to publish it.
• It doesn’t violate anyone’s rights or any law.
• It isn’t in the “not allowed” list below.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use FoliHub to host or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance — accounts deleted on sight.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or hate against a protected group.
• Malware, phishing pages, scam offers, fake stores, or impersonation of real brands.
• Adult / NSFW content as your primary purpose.
• Pirated software, leaked credentials, or stolen data.
• Content that violates Thai law or the law of your jurisdiction.
• Auto-generated SEO spam or link farms.

Don’t abuse the platform: no automated scraping of other users’ profiles, no attempting to bypass quotas, no reselling FoliHub accounts.

We can suspend or delete any account that violates these rules, with or without notice. For clear-cut cases (CSAM, malware, active phishing) we act immediately.

4. Free tier

The Free tier is available without payment, subject to the limits shown on the pricing page (social link count, theme presets, analytics window). We may change these limits with reasonable notice on the dashboard.

Free tier service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uptime or support response times.

5. Paid plans (Pro / Pro+)

• One-time payments per cycle.You pay for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly) up front. We don’t auto-renew or store card details.
• Verification. Payments are verified through SlipOK from your PromptPay slip. Your plan activates within minutes once verified.
• Stacking. If you upgrade or extend while you still have time on the same plan, the new period stacks on top of the existing expiry — no lost days.
• Plan downgrade.When your paid period ends, your account automatically drops to Free. Content above Free limits stays in your account but stops being shown publicly until you’re back under the limit or upgrade again.
• Pricing changes. Existing paid periods are honored at the price you paid. New periods use the price at the time of purchase.

6. Refunds

Because plans are short, prepaid, and activate immediately, we generally don’t refund partial periods. Exceptions:

• Failed activation.If your payment was verified by SlipOK but the Pro tier never activated due to a bug on our side, we’ll fix it or refund the full amount.
• Duplicate payment. If you accidentally paid twice for the same cycle, we refund the duplicate.
• Service shutdown. If FoliHub shuts down, we refund the unused portion of paid time.

7. Service availability

FoliHub is a small operation. We aim for high uptime but don’t offer a formal SLA. Planned maintenance windows will be announced on the dashboard when possible. We aren’t liable for downtime caused by our hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare).

8. Username policy

• Usernames are first-come, first-served, except for reserved system names.
• Squatting (registering many usernames you don’t use) may result in usernames being reclaimed.
• Impersonation usernames (claiming to be a real person, brand, or organization you have no relationship to) may be reclaimed for the rightful owner.
• Reserved usernames (admin, support, api, etc.) cannot be claimed.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from /dashboard/account. This permanently removes your profile, socials, payment history, and uploaded files within 24 hours. Paid time remaining is forfeited.

We can terminate your account for violations of these terms. For paid users in good standing, we’ll refund the unused portion. For violations involving illegal content, no refund.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, etc.
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. For Free users, the cap is THB 0.

11. Changes to these terms

We’ll update the date at the top when these terms change. For material changes (anything affecting your rights or what you pay), we’ll notify you via the dashboard at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are resolved in Thai courts. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
